Join Our Team as a Remote Trustee Sales Specialist, CFS at Carrington Holding Company, LLC

We are seeking a dedicated Trustee Sale Specialist to work remotely from home. The primary responsibility is to open and process foreclosures across all licensed states, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable US laws and regulations. The target pay range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Log and enter new foreclosures into the system.
• Review deeds of trust and related documents to prepare notices of default and sale, and handle recordings.
• Send notices and documents to interested parties.
• Review titles and resolve any defects.
• Monitor data accuracy on third-party websites.
• Prepare bidding instructions and process third-party sales.
• Handle incoming calls from borrowers, clients, and interested third parties.
• Review bankruptcies for validity against properties.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in Mortgage Default Servicing required; foreclosure experience preferred.
• ICE / BKFS LoanSphere Default experience is a strong plus.
• Foreclosure law firm or trustee experience is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
