Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in the UK Private Banking division is seeking a Trust Specialist to manage relationships with introducers and guide customers through setting up new Trusts. This remote, full-time role focuses on expansion of Trust Services and succession planning within a collaborative team.

You will handle client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues, support onboarding of trust cases, and execute communications plans within established systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working within Trust or Fiduciary Services (or a closely related environment).
• Demonstrable experience managing client or introducer relationships in a regulated setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work independently.
• High attention to detail with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
