Job summary

UMB Bank in the United States is seeking a Corporate Trust Relationship Manager I to serve as the primary contact for assigned institutional clients in a remote capacity. You will support day-to-day trustee activities, including billing, closing transactions, and cash/investment processing, while ensuring accurate documentation and client satisfaction.

You will review legal documents, coordinate with the legal team, and help ensure compliance across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for assigned trustee relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client accounts are compliant and properly administered.
• Handle billing for administrative fees, and facilitate transaction closings and cash/investment activity.
• Support debt service calculations and account setup on systems as needed.
