Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions).
• Draft and review discovery and discovery motions.
• Argue motions remotely and in court.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare trial materials and participate in trial.
• Regular client communication.
• Assist in management of litigation assistants and paralegals.
• Attend trainings for professional development.
