Ed Bernstein Injury Lawyers is seeking a Trial Attorney to join our team. The role requires a JD with Nevada bar admission and 3+ years of personal injury experience.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, take depositions, and actively participate in trials while maintaining client communication. The position offers a full-time remote-enabled setup with in-person hearings and depositions as needed, along with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• JD degree in law and admission to Nevada bar.
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Highly motivated, well organized and persistent.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions and discovery requests.
• Argue motions and manage depositions and trial materials.
• Prepare pre-trial documents and participate actively in trials.
• Communicate with clients and manage litigation team members.
