My client is one of the nation’s top law firms, renowned for its expertise in personal injury and sexual abuse. They are seeking an Attorney for their Los Angeles office. This can be a remote role with travel to the office once a month.

Represent plaintiffs in sexual abuse litigation, manage a caseload from initiation through resolution, and collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies. The role requires Juris Doctor, California bar admission, 4–20 years of litigation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• 4–20 years of litigation experience, with focus on sexual abuse cases preferred.
• Trial experience as first or second chair desirable.
• Exceptional writing, research, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases while accommodating clients’ medical treatment schedules.
• Empathy toward asbestos victims and guiding them through depositions.

Responsibilities

• Represent plaintiffs in sexual abuse litigation cases with professionalism, empathy, and dedication.
• Manage a caseload from initiation through resolution, including investigations and depositions.
• Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective legal strategies and provide sound legal advice.
• Communicate effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and medical providers to gather information.
