Job summary

IU Health is seeking an experienced RN for a remote-access triage role. The position supports a Carmel, IN clinic with 32 hours weekly, Mondays–Fridays, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, featuring 3 remote days and 1 in-office day after orientation.

Requirements include an ASN; BSN preferred, active Indiana RN license or NLC, BLS, and graduation from a nationally accredited program. Prior authorizations and insurance knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of RN experience.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Experience with insurance processes and pharmacy management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage telephone triage and patient education.
• Handle medication and supply refills, injections, and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinics.
