Job summary

IU Health is seeking an experienced RN for a triage role based at Methodist Medical Plaza North, providing virtual support to a Carmel, IN clinic. You will collaborate with physicians to manage telephone triage, refills, patient education, injections, prior authorizations, and care coordination.

The schedule is 32 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with 3 remote days and 1 in-office day after orientation. An ASN is required; a BSN is preferred, and IN RN licensure or NLC is required.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions may apply with >2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage telephone triage and patient education.
• Handle medication and supply refills.
• Assist with injections and prior authorizations.
