Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an administrative triage RN with at least 1 year of RN experience for the Methodist Medical Plaza North site, providing virtual support to a Carmel, IN clinic. You will handle telephone triage, refills, patient education, injections, prior authorizations, and care coordination, working closely with physicians.

The role requires an ASN (BSN preferred), active IN RN license or NLC, and BLS certification, with 3 remote days and 1 in-office day after orientation,

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred for advancement.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• BLS certification required; other life support may be needed.
• Experience with telephone triage and patient education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage telephone triage, meds and supply refills, patient education and injections.
• Handle prior authorizations and care coordination with physicians.
• Support insurance processes and pharmacy management as needed.
