HFD is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to oversee daily treasury operations, including loan funding, settlement, cash management, and payment infrastructure in a high-volume fintech lending environment. This role reports to the Director of Treasury and ensures accurate funding and timely settlements while maintaining strong cash positioning.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in treasury operations, cash management, banking operations, payments, or related fields.
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Hands-on with ACH, wire transfers, bank portals, cash positioning, reconciliations, and exception management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily treasury operations including loan funding and settlement.
• Manage daily cash positions across accounts to ensure liquidity.
• Supervise wire and ACH transactions, approvals, and reconciliation support.
• Maintain controls, procedures, and audit readiness for cash movements and bank activity.
• Improve treasury processes, dashboards, and reporting for scalability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, and external banking partners.
