Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Treasury Management professional focused on payables solutions. You will partner with Relationship Managers, Product teams, and fintech partners to design and deliver strategies that optimize payables for B2B and B2C clients.

Deep knowledge of Accounts Payable workflows, ERP integrations, and payments trends is essential to drive procurement-to-pay automation and working capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of Treasury Management, Payments, Fintech, or ERP-related experience.
• Expertise in Accounts Payable processes within mid-market or large corporate environments.
• Strong technical knowledge integrating banking solutions with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).
• Familiarity with APIs, host-to-host connectivity, file-based integrations (EDI, XML, CSV).
• Proven consultative selling skills translating client workflows into solution designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Payables Automation including Commercial Card, ACH, Wire, Real-Time Payments, Check Print, and bundled solutions.
• Serve as SME in Accounts Payable workflows, PO, Invoice, Payment execution, reconciliation, and ERP integrations.
• Maintain sales pipeline visibility and drive opportunities to closure.
• Conduct Business Process Reviews to map end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations for optimization.
• Provide guidance on payables digitization and migration to electronic channels.
• Analyze impact of solutions on operational efficiency, working capital, liquidity and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities based on client needs and ERP trends; inform roadmap with Product partners.
• Lead complex discussions translating processes/tech into practical concepts.
