Job summary

California Bank & Trust in California seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Portfolio Manager (Remote within CA) to provide primary servicing for high-value treasury relationships and expand client engagements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, identify cross-sell opportunities, onboard major client relationships, and drive process improvements while delivering exceptional service and compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business, finance or related field and 2+ years banking/treasury experience.
• Working knowledge of banking and treasury products.
• Regulatory knowledge and compliance awareness.
• Strong sales and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Multitasking and deadline-driven.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary servicing for high-value treasury management clients.
• Expands and builds client relationships and treasury product usage.
• Tracks client issues to resolution across teams.
• Escalates issues with bankers, management, and product/vendor teams.
• Aligns loan clients with appropriate treasury products.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and aids onboarding of major relationships.
• Reviews processes to recommend efficiencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
