Financial Additions is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Specialist for a 5+ month REMOTE contract based in the United States. The role focuses on implementing Treasury Management services for new customers and acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in treasury operations or implementation, strong project management, and excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. U.S. residency required.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of commercial Treasury Management services for new customers.
• Gather, document, and communicate project requirements and ensure implementation documentation is completed accurately.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and liaison between customers, Treasury Operations, and internal stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Coordinate service onboarding and installation with Treasury Operations.
• Provide customer training, ongoing support, and guidance throughout the implementation process.
• Assist the sales team with due diligence requirements for Remote Deposit and ACH services.
