Job summary

Optum Bank, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Treasury Implementation Lead to drive onboarding and API integrations for treasury and banking solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, product, technology, and operations to ensure a smooth implementation from onboarding to production readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software implementations, onboarding, treasury, banking, payments, fintech, or related solutions.
• 2+ years with API integrations, system connectivity, data exchange processes, or related technical implementations.
• 2+ years coordinating projects, onboarding efforts, or implementation activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating customer needs into implementation or configuration requirements.
• Experience working directly with customers, clients, or business partners in a client-facing capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities related to treasury and banking API integrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding, implementation, and integration lifecycle.
• Partner with product, technology, operations, and business teams to support successful implementation of treasury and Banking-as-a-Service solutions.
• Guide clients through API onboarding, connectivity setup, configuration activities, and implementation requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, workflows, and integration specifications.
• Coordinate implementation milestones, project deliverables, dependencies, and issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders.
• Support implementation of treasury payment capabilities, including balance reporting, transaction reporting, ACH processing, wire transfers, and related banking services.
• Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation activities and proactively identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, implementation efficiency, and client experience.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients by translating technical concepts into business-friendly language and helping navigate integration requirements.
• Independently manage assigned implementation activities while collaborating effectively across multiple business and technology teams.
