Almaaventurera is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a key point of contact for travelers, providing support before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be highly organized, and able to work independently.

• Provide clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency processes.
• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed.
