Almaaventurera is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative – Travel to assist clients throughout their travel journey. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary contact for travelers, handling inquiries before, during, and after trips to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication, experience in customer service, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
