Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Prior analytical and financial experience in the travel industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supplier revenue, commission, incentive, and performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support negotiations, forecasting, and planning.
• Partner with supplier managers to evaluate proposed agreements and quantify financial impact.
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting through data-driven analysis.
• Leverage data to create interactive reporting tracking supplier performance and revenues.
• Communicate analyses effectively to internal teams and highlight actionable levers.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting capabilities and develop new analytical tools.
