TimeSaving Travel is seeking a motivated Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book flights, hotels, and activities. No prior travel industry experience is required; we provide training and support to succeed in this role.

Key duties include recommending destinations, booking flights and accommodations, and delivering accurate itineraries. Strong communication and customer service are essential, with flexible hours and travel discounts offered to qualifying agents.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable working remotely and willing to learn new technologies.
• Training and certifications are provided.
• Must be a US, Mexico, Australia, or UK citizen due to regulations.
• Travel discounts and IATA card eligibility for qualifying agents.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements.
