True Adventure Travel is seeking a motivated Remote Travel Agent to help clients plan and book dream vacations. This part-time, remote role offers flexible hours and the ability to work from anywhere, with a global team.

You will communicate with clients, research destinations, craft customized itineraries, and book flights, hotels, and activities. Strong communication and customer service are essential to deliver unforgettable travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to understand travel preferences and needs.

• Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the booking process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve services and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions.
