Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a highly motivated Remote Travel Agent to assist clients in planning and booking dream vacations. This part-time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, with opportunities to connect by phone, email, and other channels to understand client preferences and create memorable itineraries.

You will research destinations, book flights and hotels, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their travel preferences and needs
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients' interests and budget
• Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Book reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire booking process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bookings and client interactions
