Job summary

Blyss Journeys is seeking a Remote Travel Specialist to assist families in planning multigenerational vacations, cruises, and theme-park getaways. You will research options, compare layouts, and coordinate transportation and dining plans to fit each family’s priorities.

Training and ongoing destination education are provided; previous travel-industry experience is not required. You will work remotely with flexible training to build repeat business through excellent client service.

• Compare room layouts, connecting-room options, dining plans, kids' programs, and included activities.
• Identify transportation needs between airports, hotels, ports, and attractions.
• Prepare organized vacation options that address the family's priorities.
• Explain important differences between destinations and properties.
• Assist clients with reservation procedures and confirmation reviews.
• Verify traveler names, ages, dates, room categories, and booking details.
• Track deposits, payment deadlines, documentation, and reservation requirements.
• Provide preparation reminders and destination information.
• Maintain organized and confidential client records.
• Communicate relevant schedule or reservation changes.
• Follow up with families before and after their vacations.
• Participate in training and continued professional education.
• Build repeat business and referrals through attentive client service.
