No prior travel-industry experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing education are provided. You will coordinate reservations, manage deposits, and build repeat business through attentive service.

Parents may need adjoining rooms, age-appropriate activities, convenient transportation, flexible dining options, or accommodations that work for several generations traveling together.The Remote Travel Specialist helps families sort through these details and choose an experience that works for the entire group. This position may involve researching theme-park vacations, family-friendly cruises, beach resorts, holiday getaways, and multigenerational trips.Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued destination education are provided.

What You Will Do

• Verify traveler names, ages, dates, room categories, and booking details.
• Track deposits, payment deadlines, documentation, and reservation requirements.

• Maintain organized and confidential client records.
• Communicate relevant schedule or reservation changes.
