Traveling with Mchaila is seeking a Travel Services Coordinator who enjoys helping people, keeping details organized, and keeping plans on track. You will coordinate hotels, flights, and itineraries, and respond to client questions during the planning process.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing support to build travel knowledge and client relationships from home.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• Assist with reservation requests, updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date.
• Communicate with clients through email and other online platforms.
• Research travel options and gather information based on client requests.
• Review booking details and help identify missing or incorrect information.
• Keep track of upcoming trips and outstanding items.
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process.
