Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Travel Services Coordinator to help clients plan trips, coordinate hotels, flights, and itineraries, and keep reservations organized. You will work with clients and travel professionals to assemble travel plans and ensure requests are fulfilled with care.

This role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks from a home-based setup. It offers fully remote work, flexible scheduling, and onboarding to help you get started.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, scheduling, or travel is a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or eligible countries within Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
• Assist with reservation requests, updates, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Keep itineraries and client information organized and up to date.
• Communicate with clients through email and other online platforms.
• Research travel options and gather information based on client requests.
• Review booking details and help identify missing or incorrect information.
• Keep track of upcoming trips and outstanding items.
• Provide friendly and professional support throughout the planning process.
