Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking organized reservations professionals to join our fully remote team. You will help clients design vacation itineraries, research options, and coordinate services while maintaining accurate reservation records.

This beginner-friendly role offers onboarding, ongoing support, and travel-related benefits. Previous travel-industry experience is not required, and you will work independently with guidance from the team.

Responsibilities

• Gather client information including destination preferences, travel dates, budgets, interests, and special requests.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Assist with coordinating selected services through approved supplier resources.
• Organize reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide booking updates, answer routine questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with standard changes when needed.
• Review reservation information for accuracy and maintain organized client records.
