You will provide professional support throughout the booking process, research options, and present recommendations that fit client preferences and budgets while maintaining accurate records. Onboarding is provided, with ongoing team guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide professional and timely customer support throughout the booking process
• Research travel options and present recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservations
