Job summary

Hjbtravels is seeking reliable Booking Agents for a remote role in the travel industry. You will help clients plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and vacation packages, with a focus on friendly, accurate service.

You should enjoy helping people, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently in a flexible home office. Initial onboarding and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you can confidently use our booking

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements such as hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Provide timely and professional customer support throughout the booking process.
• Research travel options and present suitable recommendations based on client preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.
• Stay up to date with supplier offerings, policies, and travel updates.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm reservations and resolve any issues.
