Job summary

Collette is seeking Travel Reservations Agents to join our Client Care Team. This remote position prefers candidates in Pacific Standard Time. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, educate guests on travel options, and ensure accurate reservations with great attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with CRM knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service for Collette guests in a call center.
• Build professional relationships with guests, travel agents, and partners.
• Educate guests on Collette offerings and available upgrades; process requests accurately.
• Complete reservations in the booking system with attention to detail.
• Review operational reservation notations and coordinate changes as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Be curious and leverage AI/tools to improve processes and efficiency.
• Complete required Customer Service training and demonstrate proficiency.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime if needed.
