Penny's Adventures is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist clients with booking travel arrangements, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a seamless reservation experience from start to finish.

You will handle flight and hotel bookings, craft tailored itineraries, and deliver outstanding customer service while enjoying access to travel discounts and comprehensive training in a 100% remote environment.

• Process changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process
