Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1-4 years of supply chain related experience.
• Experience with Travel Management Company (TMC) and knowledge of Travel as a supply chain category preferred.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support and category management for travel, including supplier performance, stakeholder engagement and program administration
• Spearheads new supplier identification qualification, outreach, and enablement of new vendor opportunities
• Coordinates custom bidding events and procurement of materials and services
• Supports vendor performance tracking
• Ensures compliance requirements in partnership with vendors.
• Participates in pricing and terms negotiations across multiple suppliers in a category
• Manages discrepancy reconciliation with vendors
• Creates and maintains price contracts
• Provides help desk services to internal customers
• Provides periodic systems training to internal customers and suppliers
• Provides ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned
• Supports the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process by coordinating contract submissions to Legal, tracking progress within internal systems, facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers to address comments and revisions, and monitoring existing agreements to initiate timely renewal outreach
