Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Supply Chain Professional II to drive strategic sourcing, procurement, and data reporting on supplier performance. This role supports travel category management, vendor negotiations, and contract lifecycle activities while enabling compliance with spend initiatives. Flexible to remote or U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• 1-4 years of supply chain experience.
• Prior travel management experience with TMC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day support and category management for travel, including supplier performance and program administration.
• Coordinate supplier identification, qualification, and enablement of new vendor opportunities.
• Participate in pricing and terms negotiations across multiple suppliers.
• Support vendor performance tracking and compliance with spend initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and complete special projects as assigned.
