Destination Careers is seeking organized Trip Planning Coordinators to assist clients in creating well-structured travel experiences, coordinating bookings, and detailing itineraries. The role focuses on accuracy and thoughtful planning, with emphasis on customer service and independent remote work.

You will use established booking platforms and travel resources to arrange flights, hotels, and activities while maintaining clear communication with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Organize detailed travel itineraries to ensure all trip components are clearly outlined
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm reservations and availability
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications
• Provide guidance on travel schedules, documentation requirements, and itinerary details
• Support travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during their trips
• Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information
