Destination Careers is seeking Remote Travel Coordinators to plan and coordinate travel arrangements for clients from a home-based setup. You will use travel platforms to assemble itineraries, confirm bookings, and maintain detailed records, ensuring accuracy and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple travel requests and details concurrently.
• Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and online platforms.
• Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or travel planning.
• Past experience in customer service/hospitality/logistics helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, transportation, and vacation packages.
• Assist clients with planning trips based on preferences, goals, and budgets.
• Organize detailed travel itineraries and ensure all reservation details are accurate.
• Communicate with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and availability.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, confirmations, and client communications.
• Provide guidance on travel schedules, docs, and itinerary details.
• Support travelers with questions or itinerary updates before and during trips.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information.
