Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a Destination Specialist to design and organize travel itineraries for our clients. You will partner with clients to understand preferences and budgets, then craft personalized plans that meet their needs.

As a remote team member, you’ll work independently with flexible hours, stay current on travel trends, and contribute to exceptional service. The role includes career growth and discounted travel opportunities for personal use.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their trip.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, popular destinations, and changes in travel regulations or requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve services and offerings.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip.
