Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a Destination Specialist to design and organize personalized travel itineraries for clients. You will work with clients remotely to understand preferences, budget, and trips, then craft detailed plans including flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers.

You will deliver outstanding service before, during, and after trips, stay updated on travel trends, and collaborate with a passionate team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and any special requests or requirements
• Research and gather information on destinations, transportation, accommodation, and activities
• Create detailed and personalized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, transfers, accommodations, activities, and any other necessary arrangements
• Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their trip
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, popular destinations, and any changes in travel regulations or requirements
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip
