Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a Destination Specialist to design and organize travel itineraries for clients as a remote employee. You will collaborate with clients to understand preferences and budget, then craft customized plans including flights, accommodations, and activities.

Responsibilities include researching destinations, coordinating transfers, and delivering exceptional service before, during, and after trips.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their trip.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, popular destinations, and any changes in travel regulations or requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip.
