Traveling with Mchaila is seeking an organized, customer-focused Remote Travel Planner to help clients coordinate memorable travel experiences from home.

You'll use established systems, digital tools and comprehensive training to assist with travel planning, reservations, itineraries and client communication. No prior travel experience is required, and you will join a supportive team providing ongoing guidance and development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently and learning new technology.
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, scheduling, or related experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, and other travel experiences.
• Create and organize customized itineraries based on client preferences.
