Job summary

True Adventure Travel is seeking a Destination Specialist to design and organize travel itineraries for clients remotely. You will work directly with clients to understand their preferences and budget, then craft customized travel plans that meet their needs.

You will research destinations, arrange flights, accommodations, activities, and transfers while providing excellent customer service before, during, and after trips.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their trip.
• Stay up-to-date on travel trends, popular destinations, and any changes in travel regulations or requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and offerings.
• Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip.
