Job summary

Traveling with Mchaila is seeking an organized Work From Home Travel Planner to help clients plan unforgettable trips, coordinate reservations, manage itineraries, and provide exceptional customer support from home.

You will use established systems and digital tools to craft customized itineraries, research destinations, monitor bookings, and maintain detailed client files while communicating clearly and meeting deadlines in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, sales, administrative, or travel experience is a plus but not required.
• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new software and booking platforms.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible LATAM countries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, tours, and transportation.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Research destinations, accommodations, attractions, and travel options.
• Coordinate reservations and monitor booking confirmations.
• Communicate with clients throughout planning process to provide updates and answer questions.
• Review travel documents and itineraries for accuracy before departure.
• Maintain organized digital records and client files.
