Job summary

Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking Destination Specialists to help clients plan and book travel from anywhere, reporting to a team lead. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and collaboration with a global team.

You will design itineraries, assess preferences and budgets, secure flights, hotels and tours, and provide support before, during and after travel. Training is provided and travel benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and device.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and book customized travel itineraries.
• Evaluate client preferences and budgets to recommend solutions.
• Book flights, hotels, and tours.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for optimal service delivery.
