Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking a Vacation Experience Specialist to help clients plan and book travel remotely, collaborating with a team and reporting to a team lead.

You will design customized itineraries, evaluate client preferences and budgets, book flights, hotels and tours, and provide professional support before, during and after travel, while benefiting from a remote, flexible schedule and travel perks.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and device.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and book customized travel itineraries.
• Evaluate client preferences and budgets to recommend solutions.
• Book a variety of travel services including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers for optimal service delivery.
