Job summary

Cherylsloandreamtravels is seeking motivated individuals for a Remote Travel Operations Manager role. No travel industry experience is required.

You will help clients plan and book vacations, using supplier resources and booking platforms to tailor itineraries to their preferences and budget. You will work directly with clients to research destinations, prepare quotes, arrange accommodations and activities, and maintain records as you build your own client base.

Qualifications

• No travel industry experience required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfort with learning new systems and using computers

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budget and goals
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, cruises and other options
• Prepare customized vacation quotes and itineraries
• Assist clients with bookings for accommodations, transportation and activities
• Communicate with clients throughout planning and booking process
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers and promotions
• Maintain organized client and booking records
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning clients
• Market travel services and develop personal client base
