Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions seeks a Direct Source Recruiter to deliver high-quality nurse travel candidates and allied healthcare professionals to HCA and non-HCA facilities. You will screen candidates, negotiate compensation, present profiles, and contract travelers, while maintaining daily traveler operations during assignments.

The role requires 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience is required, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality nurse travel candidates and allied healthcare professionals to HCA facilities.
• Screens candidates and negotiates compensation packages.
• Presents profiles to facilities and contracts travelers.
• Maintains daily operational activities related to travelers during assignments.
• Communicates with travel staff on availability, interview scheduling and assignment changes.
• Ensures travel staff compliance prior to placement.
• Develops a growing pipeline of travel candidates using various recruiting sources.
• Generates referrals from current and former nurses.
• Maintains regular contact with travelers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Reports issues to Director of Travel and escalates as needed.
• Explores sales and recruiting strategies with the Recruitment Department.
