Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Direct Source Recruiter to support nurse travel and allied healthcare staffing. The Recruiter screens candidates, negotiates compensation, presents profiles to facilities and secures placements with HCA and non-HCA partners.

You will maintain traveler records, ensure compliance, and build a strong pipeline for travel assignments. This role reports to the Travel Division Director and offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with growth

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, healthcare preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
• Present profiles to facilities and contract travelers.
• Maintain traveler documentation and compliance prior to placement.
• Develop a growing pipeline of travel candidates from various sources.
• Generate referrals from current and former nurses.
• Communicate with the Travel Division and housing teams on assignments.
• Meet or exceed recruitment goals individually and as a department.
