Seven Corners is seeking an Inside Sales Rep for travel insurance. This remote role aligns with Mountain or West Coast time zones and focuses on helping travelers and groups choose the right coverage.

You will work with a team to meet sales goals and build relationships with customers across channels. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and identifying upsell opportunities, all while documenting activity in Salesforce.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Hit sales goals by delivering a strong customer experience and closing business with direct consumers and direct groups.
• Qualify inbound inquiries by asking smart questions and guiding prospects to the next step.
• Follow up on leads via outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities, present the right product, and close the sale.
• Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and travel plans.
• Provide a confident, professional phone presence while managing multiple channels (phone, email, live chat).
• Use Salesforce to document leads, track follow-up, and manage your pipeline.
