Traveling with Mchaila is seeking a detail-oriented Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to support clients through the vacation planning process in a flexible remote role. You will coordinate travel arrangements, manage bookings, and ensure smooth experiences from start to finish.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and a service mindset, with comfort learning new systems. This remote position offers onboarding, ongoing training, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coordinating vacation packages, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and activities
• Manage booking details, confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
• Provide ongoing support and communication before and after travel arrangements are finalized
• Research destination information, supplier promotions, and travel options to best support client requests
• Maintain organized booking records and client communication
• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the planning process
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training opportunities
