Skyrocket is seeking a Hospitality & Travel Coordinator to join our growing remote team. You will help coordinate travel arrangements, support clients throughout the booking process, and ensure vacations run smoothly from start to finish.

This role blends customer service, organization, communication, and travel support in a flexible remote environment. Previous hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coordinating vacation packages, cruises, resorts, hotels, tours, and activities
• Manage booking details, confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
• Provide ongoing support and communication before and after travel arrangements are finalized
• Research destination information, supplier promotions, and travel options to best support client requests
• Maintain organized booking records and client communication
• Help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the planning process
• Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training opportunities
