Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking friendly, organized individuals to join our remote team as Guest Experience Consultants. You will research travel options, coordinate requested services, and provide clear support throughout the planning process.

No travel industry experience is required; training is provided. This role is fully remote with flexible scheduling, beginner-friendly onboarding, and opportunities for professional development and industry-related discounts.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Guest-focused and professional demeanor.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Comfortable researching and comparing options online.
Ability to manage multiple client requests and follow-up items.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to learn digital tools and supplier platforms.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying region.

Responsibilities

Learn about each client's preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
Help clients review available options and coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources.
Keep confirmations, reservation details, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
Provide updates, answer routine questions, follow up on pending items, and assist with standard changes or requests.
Maintain accurate client records while continuing to build destination and supplier knowledge.
