Job summary

LRS Travel is hiring Remote Travel Experience Specialists to guide clients in planning vacations, cruises, and travel experiences. You’ll work remotely, coordinating reservations, researching destinations, and offering personalized recommendations across multiple platforms and suppliers.

As part of a client-focused team, you’ll deliver proactive service, maintain accurate records, and support travelers before and after their trips, leveraging industry systems and tools for seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customer-service orientation.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with computers, web apps, email, and CRM systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home workspace.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in your country of residence.
• Prior travel, hospitality, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, cruises, and packages tailored to client preferences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and confirm booking details with suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with timely, professional service.
• Maintain accurate travel records and documentation while ensuring data integrity.
• Review reservation information for accuracy and completeness before final confirmation.
• Provide pre- and post-travel support, answering questions and resolving concerns.
