Responsibilities

• Process travel requests in Concur.
• Audit daily expense reports for policy alignment.
• Run travel reports and assist travel manager.
• Provide high level customer service to stakeholders.
• On-call weekends in rotation.
• Cross-train on all travel processes.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
